UPDATE: More Mexican carriers approved for the program

It’s hard to stop a moving train and the Mexican Demonstration program is barreling ahead balls to the wall!

This week, two more Mexican carriers were granted access. one, the Mexican division of Trinity Industries headquartered in Dallas Texas, gives some heavy political weight to the issue now.
