3. Sure there are different levels of crime. But i still must disagree, a crime is still a crime.And if you talk on your phone while driving when it’s illegal in a certain state then you are a “real criminal” ,so sure you should be pursued. I got cited for going 6 mph over the speed limit.Petty, but tough shit owell.

One of the great deceptions is the “path to citizenship” that gets everyone riled when the immigration question comes up.

You call them criminals but what crime did they commit? Entering illegally? That is a Federal Civil Misdemeanor. Not criminal but civil!
