It’s been what, a week now, since the news everyone was talking about was the multi agency raid on Swift Transportations Memphis terminal and truck driving school, or was it the Tennessee Department of Safety, on site license office. Ex-trooper accused of porn star tryst faces 10 charges LEBANON, Tenn. — A state trooper who resigned after a porn star claimed she performed oral sex on him during a traffic stop has been arrested. Agents arrested James “Randy” Moss on Tuesday after a grand jury indicted him on 10 charges, including tampering with evidence, official misconduct and official oppression. Moss, who resigned from the Tennessee Highway Patrol in May, was released on $2,500 bond. His attorney, Jack Lowery Sr., said he plans “to enter a plea of not guilty to all the counts.”
