VIVA MEXICO!!! Viva Mexico!!! HA HA HA!!! You people are idiots!!! These two Border Patrol Agents should be seen as heros not "convicts!" They stopped an illegal alien from smuggling drugs into OUR Country and now you people think they are the criminals!! First off maybe just maybe if the smuggler did not try and break our laws by entering our Country illegally these agants would have never had contact with him!! How about we stay in our Country and you all stay in your shi**y Country so we dont have to worrie about any more incidents like this!! Johnny Sutton did prosecute Davilla.

Davilla was given limited immunity for the events of that ONE DAY so he could be brought across and the bullet retrieved as evidence.

Sutton's Grand Jury secretly indicted Davilla on the second load and coerced Davilla across the border so he could be taken into custody and prosecuted.

Look on this site. Davilla was sentenced to 40 months I believe recently on the second load.

Ramos and Compean's actions, as well as those of the other agents on the scene, contaminated the evidence so badly that legally, it could not be tied to Davilla.

Yes they will, and aren't you lucky that we are here to pass along the truth and dig through all of the hype and outright lies being thrown around.

But since you made the comment here, I assume you are interested in the Ramos-Compean fiasco.

Tell you what. I have read, page for page, volumes 1-12 of the transcript and I intend to read all 18.

One thing is very evident. All these two fucktards needed to do was report the DISCHARGE OF A WEAPON, as Border Patrol policy dictates and they would still be on the job today.

A month later, when Aldrete-Davila became known, they would be on record and it would have been their word against his and thus, no prosecution.

Ramos and Compean, by their own action and inaction, are solely responsible for their predicament and where they are today. No one else! Not Johnny Sutton, not the Judge or the Courts, only themselves.
