FMCSA validates and vindicates Mexico Trucker Blog

On June 8 of this year, FMCSA complied with Section 6901 of the Iraq Supplemental Spending bill outlining the manner in which the Demonstration Project of the Mexican Pilot Program will be administered.

And as I read this 18 page document, I realized that each and every thing the FMCSA pointed out, from the licensing requirements for the Mexican trucker, to the manner in which the rules and regs will be enforced, had already been addressed beforehand in various columns posted here on MEXICO TRUCKER.

Deja Vu or whatever you care to call it. I call it the truth. Written to counteract the hype and hysteria, the spin and deliberate misinformation being sold to the masses by the likes of Rollye James on her “Everything’s a conspiracy” radio show, to Steve Sommers on the American Trucking Network at night on 700WLW.

While these people had an agenda, the truth that has been and will continue to be revealed on MEXICO TRUCKER was affirmed by the FMCSA with their publication in the FEDERAL REGISTER. At the same time, all the spin, the hype and the lies were discounted, as they were beforehand on this blog.

Keep visiting people and read with an open mind. No one should have the need to have their minds filled with other peoples fears and prejudices when you are perfectly capable of thinking for yourselves.

140 Mexican trucks will not disrupt the economy, depress freight rates, cause carnage on the highways nor will it cost Americans jobs. WAKE UP AMERICA!!!!

  1. Larry Burch says:

As a former Special Agent with the United States Department of Transportation and as an independent safety consultant working in Brownsville, Texas, I have had first hand experience with trucking firms and drivers from both sides of the U.S./Mexican border. It has consistently been my observance that the Mexican long-haul trucking companies are far more safety-conscious than their U.S. equivalents and the Mexican drivers are more careful, loyal and professional than those I have encountered in the United States. Could this be the real reason why most Americans don’t want them here?

  2. I think most reasons people don’t want them here is because in many peoples mind, “If it ain’t white, it ain’t right” A sad commentary on our society.

The facts are out there and they are not the facts that OOIDA, the Teamsters, Public Citizen, CRASH and others would have you believe.
