Mexico Trucker Online

As you know, I have been keeping track of the comments submitted toDocument Management System website of the DOT more out of curiosity and to get a feel for what others are thinking. I’m not surprised that approximately 98% of the respondents are negative. The idiots on the talk shows such as Trucking Bozo and America’s Trucking Network, as well as Rollye James have done their job well to mold the minds of the weak and gullible. The ones who see a conspiracy behind every action of the government and of course the protectionists and isolationists who wish for a white America!

Curiously enough, these instigators, Steve Sommers, Dale Sommers, Bubba Bo and others, while urging their listeners to make comments (and telling them what to say even though the information is incorrect) have not bothered, to a man, they have not placed their own comments. Unless of course they are one of the anonymous posters. Why would that be I wonder.

But as I was scanning the comments, I came across one from Wanda Piety. You remember her? The one who sent me the “SHAME ON YOU” email? Whining about constitutional rights and this that and the other that has nothing to do with Mexican Trucks? She’s the one behind the failed effort to organize “TRUCK OUT 2007″ which failed not because of lack of interest (the truth) but because of a vast government conspiracy, her words!

Let me share her comments with you and then we’ll discuss them. They are as absurd as all the rest of the B.S. she has been spouting!

I am adamantly opposed to the ANY and ALL Mexican truckers and Mexican trucking companies from operation in the United States, for several reasons:

There is no way to know who is driving their trucks as there are no adequate background checks in place equivelent to the background checks our American truckers have to submit to.

The Mexican drivers can be terrorists from other countries, convicted criminals, drunk drivers with DUI convictions, child
molestors, drug and alcohol users and abusers, etc. There is no data base for them in Mexico, for us to know if they even have real Mexican driver’s licenses as forgery and corruption of documentation is so blatently subversive and wide spread in Mexico.
This plan to allow the Mexican truckers into America is supporting and encouraging Terrorism and corruption in the United States at an unprecedented level.

It CANNOT and MUST NOT BE ALLOWED to happen.

Strong words from a little girl who knows nothing about the issue. Let’s dissect her comments:

Let us say what she means! Any and all things Mexican! Bigoted, rascist, prejudiced! All of the above!

Here again, how wrong you are Wanda Piety! If the Licensia Federal say Jose Rodriguez on the face, you can bet your bottom dollar that the man you are looking at is, Jose Rodriguez! The big misconception that people like Steve Sommers and his daddy as well as Rollye James puts before the public is that there are no databases in Mexico. This is a blatant lie! Walk into any bank to make a deposit or to cash a Mexican check. You’ll see databases in action. Talk to a PFP (Federales) officer and he’ll show you the laptop in his vehicle with a satellite uplink to Mexico City and the National Driver database called LFIS. On this site, look at the page links on the right for the Mexican States websites and browse through them. You nor I can access the databases but on these sites, Mexican citizens can pay taxes, renew license plates and registrations and looks to see if there are any tickets in the system that have not been paid. They can also look to see the status of their vehicle and drivers license. No databases? How can they do all this without a database?

She speaks of “NO BACKGROUND CHECKS” like the American drivers must submit to. People, I have been in the trucking business for 35 years and except for the new requirement for background checks associated with a haz mat endorsement, there are no “background checks”, nor have their ever been background checks. If you want to consider an employer checking your past references and perhaps your credit using DAC, that is one thing, but the opponents make background checks appear to be mandatory.

Tell you what then. You think Mexican drivers do not have to pass background checks? Look at the page on this site (right side) called [cref mexican-licencia-federal Licencia Federal] and read for yourself just what is required to obtain a Federal Truck Drivers License in Mexico.
You know Wanda, you speak of the possibility of Mexican Terrorists driving th trucks, of Sexual predators and child abusers. Drug users and pushers. I’ve got news for you girlfriend. Those types are not behind the wheel of Mexican trucks. They are not eligible for the license and without the license, they don’t drive.

You speak of the corruption and blatant forgery of licenses in Mexico. Wrong again darling. If a person wants a regular operators license, all he has to do is ask for one at the Transito Department where he lives. Usually, they ask, “SABES MANEJANDO”, and of course the answer is “SI” and they issue you a license. Not so with the Licencia Federal. We do not have Governor Ryan types here where the Federal licenses are concerned.

I live it, I see it everyday and can report the truth on this site. I do not need to rely on old prejudices, bigotry, urban legends and anecdotal evidence to prove a lie. Nor do I need “masters” to direct me in what to say on an issue. I have a mind and can think for myself and present convincing facts to prove my point of view.
